Pass the test and simulation
Non-sophisticated investors have to pass a simple knowledge test and share their investing experience with stocks, equity and other financial instruments
Non-sophisticated investors must carefully study and accept the risk warning.
Non-sophisticated investors should pass a simulation of the capability to bear financial losses.
Study investment opportunities
Study investment opportunities, weight investment risks.
Choose a project, press the Invest button and proceed to the Investment
Make an investment
Enter the number of shares you intend to purchase.
Study the investment risks.
Read carefully the investment agreement, accept the terms and conditions.
Proceed with payment
Choose your preferred payment method — via payment card or bank wire transfer.
Funds will be reserved until the crowdfunding campaign has been successfully closed.
If the campaign does not reach the funding goal, the payment reservation on your card will be cancelled and, in the case of a wire transfer, the money is sent back.
All the funds will be accumulated on the escrow account on behalf of the project owner. Funds will be transferred to the project owner’s corporate account only after the shares are registered in the name of the respective investor or an SPV. The platform will not have any access to the investors’ or project owner’s funds.
Become shareholder
Carefully read your shareholders’ agreement.
Enter into a shareholders’ agreement with an SPV — a registered company specially created to consolidate the ownership and representation of a pool of minor investors in a project they have invested in.
Vote for the lead investor.
An SPV enters as a shareholder in the company you invested in.
Each minor investor will appear in the SPV shareholders’ register.
Stay connected and receive profits

Receive regular dividends, and wait for the big day when the company will be sold - you will receive profit from the sale of shares

Wichtig: Die CrowdedHero Nominee – ein SPV-Unternehmen – wird die Gruppe der Investoren zusammenbringen und in das Unternehmen des Projektinhabers eintreten, wobei sie das rechtliche Eigentum an den Anteilen treuhänderisch für Sie hält, gemäß den Bedingungen und Konditionen von CrowdedHero (wie im Dokument „Key Investments“ für jedes Projekt beschrieben). Jede Aktie hat ein Stimmrecht und Vorrechte bei der Ausgabe oder Übertragung von Aktien sowie gleiche wirtschaftliche Rechte auf Dividenden oder Ausschüttungen im Vergleich zu anderen Stammaktien dieser Ausgabe.
