CrowdedHero is an equity crowdfunding platform with a global reach that allows all types of investors to invest as little or as much as they like in promising and established business projects of their choice. At the same time, we make raising capital accessible to ambitious businesses in all sectors while building a community in an efficient online environment.

Equity crowdfunding is a regulated business, licensed and monitored by the Financial and Capital Market Commission in Latvia.

CrowdedHero’s office is based in Riga, Latvia, and a holding company is based in Tallin, Estonia. We are supported by the top in Baltics M&A and a corporate finance team of professionals from the Eventus group.

WHO ARE YOU?

You are passionate about customer service and excellent in verbal and written communication. You are highly analytical with strong attention to detail. You are a proactive person and all about finding effective solutions and fast. You are expected to have a throughout knowledge of the products and services of CrowdedHero. You will be the voice of CrowdedHero.

WE WOULD LIKE THAT YOU HAVE:

  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues. QA testing experience will be considered as an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Latvian, German and/or Spanish or other language will be considered as an advantage;
  • Experience in Service desk or IT Support team will be considered as advantage;
  • Knowledge of P2P, crowdfunding, lending, banking or client support procedure;
  • Attention to details & willingness to work in a dynamic Start-up environment;
  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.

YOUR RESPOSIBILITIES WOULD BE:

  • Responding to customer queries via email, video, phone, and social media channels;
  • Opening and maintaining clients’ accounts;
  • Keep records of clients and follow;
  • Working with client complaints and providing adequate solutions for their problem via phone or email;
  • Taking ownership of the reported issues and seeing problems through to resolution;
  • Researching, diagnosing and identifying solutions to resolve platform technical issues;
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible;
  • Identifying and suggesting possible improvement in existing procedures and creating new ones;
  • Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced;
  • Cooperating with IT, legal, marketing and finance departments.
